Good morning!We’re back from the most amazing 30th anniversary Team Elite cruise from Venice, Italy to Dubrovnik, Croatia to Santorini, Greece and on to Kusadasi & Istanbul, Turkey. What an adventure! If we’re connected on Facebook then you’ve seen a few of the 936 photos I took. J As always, the Company treated us like royalty with marvelous excursions and gifts in our cabins each night.All the while we were wishing our entire team could be there with us to celebrate. That’s what makes these trips so special: being able to share experiences with friends and leaders from around the World. It is definitely worth the effort it takes to be on them! We’ll be hearing about a Global Opportunity Summit in Rome next year … and our Punta Cana Success Trip is on the near horizon. We want everyone to join us!We’ve got exciting times ahead! Here’s a few tidbits from our business meetings:The Nu Skin family continues to grow at a rapid rate -- and every region is experiencing growth. New Team Elite Executives are up by 951%! Total growth in Team Elite Executives is +171%! Team Elites in the Americas Region were up 25%!If Nu Skin continues to grow at the same rate it has for the past three 10-year cycles, that would make it a $12 Billion company in its 40th year! So lots of opportunity ahead! See attached slide on product pipeline.Truman Hunt reinforced that Nu Skin is about honesty, optimism, innovation, compassion and being a force for good in the world. 365 million meals have been donated to Nourish the Children! and $2.2 million was raised for the Force for Good Foundation at the last Convention!He relayed the story of California Chrome – this year’s winner of the Kentucky Derby. CC was purchased for $10,000. Right before the Derby the owners were offered $6.5 million for a 51% interest – which they declined. Why? Their answer: “We did not take the $ because racing in the Kentucky Derby was our dream – and we do not sell our dreams for $.” Our dreams are priceless; don’t sell yourself short.Genghis Khan was known for being a great leader because he used 3 things to his advantage: coordination, rapid communications and the use of proven tactics. That’s what we have with our renewing business cycles. Focus on opportunity; align with the company; train our organizations. The process is dream – set goals – believe – take action – lead. We’ve got lots of opportunities coming up with the early release of TR90, the Facial Spa, the Success Trip and other LSOs. Joe Chang said they had just received very positive results on a study done using the new Facial Spa along with ageLOC products – the combo really does offer enhanced skin benefits.
